Ascension Health Patient Message

Dear Patients,

As you may be aware, a cyber-attack that has impacted Ascension facilities, including the 86th Street location and other associated sites across the region and state. We are not affected by this incident but are providing guidance as many of our patients use these facilities.

Information to follow:

  • Contact Us: If you experience any injuries or bleeds, please call our clinic for recommendations.
  • Have an upcoming test or procedure scheduled at Ascension: Please contact our office with questions.
  • Carry Your Factor Product: When you go to the hospital or emergency department in case you need an infusion.
  • Check Product Expiry: Make sure the factor product you have at home is not expired.
  • Order New Supplies: If you need more factor product or if yours has expired, please contact the pharmacy to place an order.
