Oct 13, 2023

A MESSAGE FROM DR. GREIST

Dear Patients and families,

I am writing to let you know that I will be retiring from patient care as of Jan 1, 2024. After that date, I will remain at IHTC in a leadership role to provide guidance for the Center’s patient care and programs.

My goal, as well as the goal of the Indiana Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center, is to ensure that your transition to another IHTC care provider is seamless. Your medical records will remain at the IHTC, and our care team remains committed to providing excellent patient care.

Please contact our office to discuss selecting another IHTC provider. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this transition, contact us at (317) 871-0000.
